Hosteria Ducale is famous for its fine wine list, suitable to accompany the authentic Venetian cuisine we offer. From appetiser to dessert, you can pair each dish with a local or national wine.

We have bottles from famous wineries, such as prosecco from Nani Rizzi, sparkling wine from Bepin De Eto, a selection from Orto di Venezia, producers of fine wines on the island of Sant'Erasmo, or Drappier Champagne.
And to finish off with a flourish, you can choose one of the many local spirits, grappas or liqueurs.
Amaro Ducale

The Amaro Ducale is the brainchild of Mattia Bubacco, who, in addition to serving wines and liqueurs from his own cellar in the Hosteria, wanted to propose a product all his own, namely the true Venetian bitter made with many products that characterise Venetian gardens such as artichokes, thistles, basil, salicornia, and others.
All products that characterise this bitter, dedicated to the city married to the sea.
Today Amaro Ducale is recognised as an excellent product that you can find in many wine shops, bars and prestigious venues, so all you have to do is taste it!!!
